We sell software tools (including but not limited to CommandPost, InvoiceCraft, ContractCraft, and NDIS Notes Kit) distributed via Gumroad, Etsy, and various other platforms. Our products are delivered both as local offline HTML files that run in your browser with no internet connection required, and as hosted online versions accessible via a private link provided at purchase.
When you purchase a product from us, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the product for your personal or business purposes.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Purchases are processed by the platform you buy from — please see their terms for payment processing details. Prices may change at any time but will not affect purchases you have already made.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a tool doesn't work as described, or there is a technical issue we cannot resolve, we will offer a full refund.
Refund window: 14 days from purchase date.

Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds simply due to change of mind after the file has been downloaded — but we will always try to make it right if you're not satisfied.
We provide free updates to our products as they are released. Updates are accessible via your original purchase link or through the hosted version provided at purchase. Support is provided on a best-efforts basis via email at support@coxythebuilder.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Our tools are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coxy The Builder's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override or limit your rights under the ACL.
All tools, code, designs, branding, and content on coxythebuilder.com are owned by Coxy The Builder and protected by copyright law. Purchase of a licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
